I have over 32 years experience in family law in Alaska as a lawyer.  I also have advanced training in Collaborative Law and in mediation.  I have significant experience with the Collaborative  Divorce Team model assisting clients resolve conflict in a respectful and productive manner and I have had proven successful outcomes in every case.   Litigating your family law issues can be destructive to your family and cost you considerable money and time.   If you cannot settle your case, a judge will make decisions which you and your spouse may not want.   The Collaborative Model puts the choice in your hands as to how you will parent your children and how you want to financially separate.  I emphasize providing informed choices to clients for positive, practical long term resolutions of family law issues.  I provide caring, compassionate, and effective advocacy for my clients.
